The Peter Schiergen-trained colt, who is nominated for the Preis des Winterfavoriten, Germany's champion race for two-year-olds, shone bright in the 1600 m challenge replete with considerable talent and looking beaten already, drew clear with powerful late speed to secure a win by half a length.
